JPS gateways are considered by many as the gold standard of interoperability gateway technology, incredibly relaible and robust, yet compact, transportable and relatively easy to integrate. For some two way radio resellers and dealers and other specialist integrators this may seem intrusive and counter intuitive and they may feel they are unable or unwilling to supply the ultimate location and destination of the JPS gateway. Firstly neither JPS in the USA or JPS in the UK has a direct commercial interest in a resellers customer beyond the legal requirement stated above. Indeed JPS will hold all information as strictly commercially confidential or to a higher level if required. At no point will JPS in the UK disclose any end user destination information to any other commercially interested party. The end user/end-use questionnaire is ultimately retained and referred to by JPS USA to comply with federal law. The form requires around five to six sections of information to be completed and we will assist any dealer, reseller, consultant or end user to complete this document and to make the process as simple as possible.
